Granola Protein Bar

I've tried so many times to create a Granola Bar... full of Nutrition of Course.... and still keeping true to current granola bar flavor and texture.

I got tired of making the Protein Chocolate Bites (balls) and had plenty of mixture left and thought on how to use it.
I added more Raw Honey and Granola; Made some Peanut Butter and mixed. I pressed into loafs and wrapped and refrigerated to firm up. I then sliced them and to my surprise they held together. I then dehydrated them and YEP ! :) it worked ! and still containing all the nutrients of the beginning of the Pumpkin Pie Recipe. confused....then read from the Pumpkin Pie post up and you will also know all the nutritional properties/values of this snack :)

On our Thanks Giving Snack Table I mixed the Choc. Bites and cut Granola Bars into Bites and, well,  they were gone pretty quick; I will be adding the bites to the other Protein Snack Mix.
Our Protein Snack Mix is a mixture of our Protein Bars in bite size morsels.
Excellent to munch on to keep you consistent with intake of Life Force Foods :)

Understanding Nutrition and Feeding The Body

If you think about the Health of our Nations People and If you think about all the Healthy Products that are available and used; why then aren't Health Issues getting better?

Yes... We All Know all the reasons why....   and then such confusion on how to add nutrition to the diet..... confusion of ..... to much stuff... drains me to think of all of it. Folks question what to eat for this or what to get for that....... I have traveled and spoken to multitudes of Folks and we are all looking for a way to do it " Eating Healthier" .

When I speak about Nutrition and how Simple It Is to Take A Step Toward Wellness - Feel Great, consistent Natural Energy, Inner Strength ....  Is due to first hand/body :) experience. When I went from one state of health to another (huuuuuugh gap by the way) and so quickly -  really woke me up. Not only was I put in a position to consistently enjoy juices and soups (vm machine); also had all the time to research what was in the fruits, seeds, vegetables...etc.... WOW ! Understanding how nutrients work with the body even a GREATER WOW ! Totally answered my question "How do we 'pull ourselves out' of addictions; disease; How do we Save the Children"  I knew already how I was saved (weak body to strong) and It was all to Simple!
 I also found that Consistency of intake is KEY when eating for Health.

The juices were a blend of simple fruits  which were blended (over 90 % nutrition released); contained Nutrients of a variety of fibers (whole food), Vit's, Min's, Enzymes, and tons of other nutritional properties. The juice alone kept my body feeling great for hours. I even noticed I passed up fast foods; sweet stuff; even ice cream wasn't wanted; I did however stick with french fries ( my comfort food I think) but not to often.  Then when I started adding the Power Cube, I could totally tell the difference in the inner strength feeling & energy hmmmmm  hard to explain. I noticed that meat products I didn't want much to do with. All the fall aways/habits  happened on its own. I never made myself stop anything. To this day I eat what I like,  meat or not. Actually dead foods my body wants very very little of; but I still try to keep a balance.         
 The Power Cube came by way of me not understanding why I was lagging in the juice making.

Here's the Answer: I was intaking less and less of, I'll sum it up as "dead food"; my body was in need of Proteins. Proteins are made up of Amino Acid Groups. We need a Variety of Proteins
to offer the body a variety of amino acid & nutrients so that there is Plenty to Go Around for All Body Systems.

Feeding All Body Systems is another  KEY  to Taking A Step Toward Wellness.

Feed All Body Systems and  All  have what they need and starts automatic clean up and repair (that's just how God made our Body's work :) and the Body 'pulls out' of Survival Mode and can begin to Function and Maintain a Healthy Body.

 First Hand Experience I can Honestly tell you It takes very little foods to feed the body what it is in need of.     It - the food - needs to contain it all - and in bio available form for the body.

There are a large group of simple everyday fruits and vegetables, grains, seeds, nuts, sea vegetables, herbs, concentrates, greens edible plants that are know as POWER FOODS that provide greater synergic nutrition than the present diet. Plant growth that have a higher nutrient density per pound than currently-accepted, relatively weaker, foods.

Intake of Power Foods leads to better growth and longevity of life.

Nutrients in Foods * are all together* * in that food for a reason*. When -  in the body -  they all do what they do together.  Whole Food is extremely important.

Live working Nutrients comes from Raw Foods.

Dehydrating is an excellent way to preserve living nutrients until re-moistened.
Dehydrated Foods also hold Flavors, and condense food values for greater intake in small amount of food.

I took classes to educate myself on Herbs. I researched allot on them before and WOW the nutrition they hold is unbelievable. Education taught me how Simple and Safe these Power Foods are. I began making Herbal blends and enjoying the taste and the way it fed my body without me eating; how a drink can take hunger or thought of food away; and the way aches and pains went away. WOW -  I love them. Herbs and hot water (called Infusion, no tea leaf) is considered Raw Food Nutrition; add tea leaf and it's called Herbal Tea :)

Balance is very very very important. We are geared to eating a way our body's are use to. To keep balance - do Not change ur diet. Simply start  with Water and adding food source that feeds all systems at least once a day (snacks make it several times a day :) and ur body will let loose of stuff on its own. Fighting ur own self does not bring good healthy lasting results.

And Never Forget about the WATER drinking, it is a must if you want to flush out the junk toxic stuff; Juice up internal organs, blood, tissues for smooth nutrient absorption.


Consistency of simple blended juice,  water,  then adding the power cube.  Pretty darn Simple.

I know these are new foods to most. They are tasty and a few bites satisfies the body's needs and gives you a full feeling (that's the body's signal of being satisfied). Yes that's right, a few bites will do it; and the food won't go bad...still good hours, days, months  etc...later.

I may have said this before... but the Protein Snack Mix could be made and sent to folks in disaster areas to help feed their body's to feel full and to also strengthen. ....  Well..... sorry,  I can't go on... patience for all to fall into place,  to begin feeding for Health, works me; Patience I have and no Doubt will falter Food of Life.   For All with Ears to Hear please put the Energy of Your Thoughts out to the Universe to bring to our Reality so We May have the Choice of Change. Making Our Products

We are a home based business at this time; Keeping a clean and safe working environment. Below is the basement of the home where the production takes place. The pictures are of course at the end of the day; during work hours it is not so neat and tidy.

Our Tables were used at our Store Front Shop. They are Health Dept Approved. Our tables and floors are steamed clean for quick dry and great natural cleaning. We love our Vac Then Steam from Shark and we use a hand held steamer for the tables and counters.

We on occasion have customers stop by to pick up their orders, thus the sitting area and product shelving picture below. You see the 2 Dehydrators... I am wishing for another to add to it. I found a great price and told my husband.... I'd really like 2 more :) He said 'WHAT'!
                                                                    

The tables and area are used specifically for Live Life Differently Production. All raw fruits/veggies/grains/seeds. NEVER MEAT..EVER! NOT EVEN OTHER FOODS.

Pineapple Chips

They Melt in Your Mouth...mmmmmm... Yummy!

Pineapple chips and the Flax chips when left out in a dish for more than a few hours, will begin to get soft as they absorb moisture in the air; especially here in GA.  They stay crisp a month or so when packaged in a somewhat air tight package (ziploc's work great). Therefore I don't make chips to far in advance.

I breakup some of the chips into tiny small pieces and add to my tea :) soooo delicious and the pineapple aroma mmmmmm:) OH and of course the nutrition from it and its fiber... in the tea,
AWESOME!

Southwestern Chipotle Protein Flax Chip

I have made several varieties of Flax Chips. " Salsey Veggie; Veggie-Brazil Nut; Energy Soup;Almond; and Mexi-Veggie. They are all tasty. Flax is  excellent for nutrition; plus Flax is what binds all the ingredients together. We don't really break down Flax seeds when we chew and they are hard slick little seeds. I break them down to be in an assimilating form for the body.
 Below is the new Southwestern Chipotle Protein Flax Chip. Nice little spice to it. All it needs now is some dip. 



Contains: Whole Raw Foods:
Rejuvlac, parsley, rosemary, lemon, onion, garlic, celery, sundried tomatoes, carrots, pistachio, pecan, sunflower seed, millet, amaranth, quinoa, flax seed, oat, zucchini and summer squash, bell pepper, bladderwrack, kelp, Immuno and Antioxidant extract; Southwestern seasoning, Chipotle spice; and a little granola/pecan flour.

PPPP Chocolate Balls YUMMY!

I've been busy making product into bite size ball shape; I've been making them and making them and making them and making them...good grief.... it stuck to my gloves.... made my fingers and hands feel like arthritis setting in.....oh my, there must be an easier way.

 I went and found a kitchen tool that makes melon balls and  made it a bit easier. Thankful for small favors, I am indeed :)

When I made the PecanPumpkinProteinPinwheels, remember I broke down the dehydrated ones that didn't make the cut for appearance, and made the cookies with it; well, I still had a ziploc bag full of the PPPP.

 I've been wanting to use Chocolate, I just didn't know how to incorporate into the foods. The Chocolate Balls still contain all the nutrition that's within the PPPP.

I melted chocolate, sweetened with raw honey and added the PPPP mixture. I then cut in Granola....lots of granola. I tried to make bars but it wouldn't hold shape.... it fell apart :(  I don't have to dehydrate as the PPPP is already dehydrated...... I tried balls....and YES they held together......then I realized how much mixture needs to become balls.....oh my....I keep thinking how these will feed those who munch on them....and they are grrrrrrrrrrrrreat. They remind me of biting into a malt ball..(no malt)....they are delicious and full of nutrition too.

Gift Basket Foods Preview, coming to Ebay mid November

Well, first off, I took the PecanPumpkinProteinPinwheel (PPPP) Cookies :) and fluffed them with our Pineapple Granola Flour. Then I melted Semi-Sweet Chocolate and added a dot on them. I then added to the Pecan Cookies a Pecan Half on top of the chocolate dot. I'm not the best decorator.


For the Cranberry Cookies I did the same except I used Cranberries not the Pecan on top of the chocolate.


Great quality of Dehydrated Foods is the preservation of it. This cookie's shelf life is months and months. When I started creating dehydrated foods; I put everything to the test. How long they last, when do some chip start getting soft; how well natural oil preserve (comes from nuts used); and made myself taste them, ...... that's how I know what I know..... First Hand Experience; fresh taste and all was good.  The foods themselves are not in any way oily. Products made with Pistachio nuts really seep oil. Keep in dry dark area in  air-tight container. We dehydrate to reduce oils the best we can. 
I really enjoy Veggie Patties made with Pistachio, and what I do is freeze and thaw as needed.
Most of these foods, can be frozen; meaning the ones with nut oils.


Dehydrated foods are condensed favors and nutrients. It takes very little, to satisfy the body.
When it comes to the Pinwheels, to eat a whole one takes time. I cut the Pinwheels into snack bites.
