Pineapple Chips

Pineapple is a POWER FOOD; cleansing like oranges, antiseptic, regulates the glands, helps goiter, obesity, melancholy, neurasthenia, osteoporosis and bone fractures, because of its very high manganese content. It is also antibacterial, antiviral and mildly estrogenic. nutrients that benefit for memory loss, cancers; Contains active principles of Papain and Bromelain, Protein-digesting Enzymes. Papain is the most powerful natural digestant known to science; can digest 600-1300 times its own weight in Fibrin, an elastic thread-like Protein that forms tumors and cysts, digest neoplasms leading to cancer. Bromelain from Pineapple lessens inflammation, (and is concentrated in the core), sore throat, allergies, bronchitis, mild infections, and pain, and respiratory ailments; and enhances other nutrients absorption. Purifies the blood, for arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, arthritis; liver and kidney, good in gastrointestinal irritations, and enhances the absorption of Bioflavonoid Quercetin.
Contains: Vitamins A; B-Complex; C, Fiber, Manganese, other Minerals and properties. An excellent Power Food and Anti-inflammatory Food source.

Below is an old video I made for youtube on making these chips.

They Melt in Your Mouth...mmmmmm... Yummy!

Pineapple chips and the Flax chips when left out in a dish for more than a few hours, will begin to get soft as they absorb moisture in the air; especially here in GA.  They stay crisp a month or so when packaged in a somewhat air tight package (ziploc's work great). Therefore I don't make chips to far in advance.

I breakup some of the chips into tiny small pieces and add to my tea :) soooo delicious and the pineapple aroma mmmmmm:) OH and of course the nutrition from it and its fiber... in the tea,
AWESOME!

I will be posting the Pineapple Chips on Ebay....  coming soon....
