Cranberry Jelled Salad

1 pound fresh/fresh-frozen (thaw) cranberries
Turn on blender low chop and drop in cranberries
 (don't worry about which ones didn't get chopped)
Place in large bowl.

3 Oranges  Remove peel, slice and cut into sm. bites. add to bowl

3 stalks of Celery, slice long then cut mini bites; add to bowl

1 cup frozen Raspberries
1 1/2 cups chopped (sm) Pecans  (VitaMixer vs# 2-3 then sift; sprinkle fine pecan on top of your salad when ready to serve)
1/2 fresh Pineapple cut small bites (cut core out...it's to hard to chew in the salad.).
Mix all together.
In blender container add 1 1/2 cups boiling water, 1/2 cup raw honey. Blend to stir. Then stop blender and add 1/4 Agar Agar to jell. If no Agar then use Unflavored Gelatin 4-5 packs; Blend to stir and add to bowl and stir well and add to mold. Refrigerate at least an hour.
