Daily Juice/Smoothie Keep it Simple and On Hand

 
1/2 frozen banana, 3 chunks frozen cantaloupe 4-5 frozen fresh strawberries; a hand full frozen blueberries, handful frozen grapes; sm handful frozen raspberries, 5-6 chunks of frozen fresh pineapple; a handful mixed baby greens. Adding fresh or frozen apple use 1/4 slice of apple. If adding fresh orange, peel and use the whole thing.
Juice: I use 2 cups liq. 1 c is Rejuvelac which u can replace with water or juice. I also use l cup Sunny D. sometimes more if I have to much frozen v/s liq.

To be consistent with juice intake do ur best to keep the following in ur freezer.

Keep on hand container of baby mixed greens (produce dept); and go to a nutrition store and buy dried alfalfa greens. Not in freezer
buy 4 - 8 apples (we use red) wash and cut as the pineapple (leave skin on apple) no vitamix machine then toss the seeds; zip loc and freeze put in zip loc bag and freeze.
1 fresh pineapple. remove peel; stand it up and cut in half, lay both halves flat and cut each in half, then cut 1/2 slices
1 canteloupe med. chucks, ziploc and freeze.
Always have: frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries; you can also buy fresh strawberries (Costco) they still have the green tops on them. More Vit C in tops than the Strawberry, plus other nutrients. The seeds on the outside of the Strawberry contain over 96 different nutrients. The VitaMixer liquifies them releasing the values; as it also does with the raspberry seeds etc.. Hmmmmmmmm AWESOME Machine.

Dried Alfalfa
Keep a liquid of flavor on hand. water will thin out fruit flavor; we use Sunny D. Whatever may be in it that does not belong in me will not survive/be removed, in a healthy body. Don't sweat the small stuff. You need a liquid and you want good flavor. Drink UP!

Keep in the freezer  red grapes. Fill a container or sink with water and take a bunch and roll between ur hands under the water. grapes tend to fall off easier. strain ziploc and freeze. Grapes get much sweeter when frozen.


The Bladderwrack and Noni may not be in most folks kitchen. You can get them at the nutrition store in capsules; you can empty them. You can also buy dried Alfalfa. That's what I use. You can also get from a bulk herb store online. Until then YOU can just buy fresh Alfalfa at ur market. Use a good pinch of it to add the nutrition that fruits don't have.

Let's talk about blenders.  Unfortunately, most blenders don't process like the Powerful VitaMixer. Household blenders will at least get nutrition in you so blend ! VitaMixer will liquefy seeds which releases nutrition. Breaks down fibers to smooooooth texture :)

Vita Mixer also has a thermo breaker in it so the motor can't burn up. When over loaded it just shuts off. A household blender most likely will burn up :( Beware.  I suggest that you add frozen to ur blender container and let it thaw (over night makes it ready for blending in the am :), before processing.


I drink mine all day. That empty tired feeling....drink and its gone....REAL FOOD :)
Off to work early...make at night and fill thermos to top for airtight holding.(saves on the destruction of living enzymes :) Shake then drink, as fibers float to the top.
