Power Cube Recipe

Although my smoothie was yummy today......I still know I need the Power Cube Added to it. I have a bossy body; so I give it what it wants :)

As I had mentioned in an earlier post, most folks will not have these items on hand, so I've decided to offer the ingredient in ready form for people to add water, blend and freeze in ice cube trays. One cube added to a smoothie/juice adds the builder nutrients without changing the flavor/color of your drink.

This is the 3rd step toward wellness; and, the body becomes bossier. It will want more.....you can have a hungry tummy while driving and see a fast food place and the bossy body somehow keeps you driving past it. Drink your water....or snack on our Protein Snack Mix if you have some is what you'll end up doing :)


Below is what's in the Power Cube.



Top Left to Right: Quinoa whole grain;     Oat groats whole grain


Bottom Left to Right:  Millet and Amaranth whole grains.
Powerful grains offering the highest Proteins and Complete Proteins and Gluten-Free.

Now, for the Herbals and Sea Vegetables:
Top three Left to Right: Noni, Alfalfa, Bladderwrack;
Left to Right: Gingko, Chorella
Now the final four Left to Right:
                                        Gota Kola Ginseng, Kelp, and bottom is Marshmallow Root.

For these foods, to work NOW when ingested, they must be broken down to powdered (flour) form. Nutritional values released.

Take 2 cups of the mixture, add 3 cups water;
 cube it, and freeze. A blender is best to mix it all for better homogenized blend.
An array of nutrition in small amounts is all the body needs; but it needs it all the time; thus consistency is KEY.  One Power Cube is all that's needed per container of juice. You can feed many; or drink the juice thru out the day :)
Do Not eat or drink Power Cube alone, it will not taste good that way. Hide it in a Juice :)


Step 1 - Drinking tons of water for 2 weeks
Step 2 - Adding Whole Raw Fruit Juices to the diet
Step 3 - Adding the Power Cube to your juice.
Always drinking tons of Water; Always being Consistent.
That's It
