I do use a VitaMix machine; high power motor, great blades on and on I can talk of this machine; want to know more Please just ask me. I also use an Excalibur 9 tray Dehydrator. I have two , I'm working on another for Christmas. Really though, my shelf unit can hold Five, easy, I'm working on it.
Before I take a break; I'll share how to make your Protein flour mix.
I get my grains at the Whole Foods Store;
I buy for large recipes and constant making; like 2 pounds or more of each of the following below. To make one batch of Protein flour you really only need to have 2 cups of each grain below.
Amaranth, Quinoa, Millet & Chia Seed if you can find it. Add to VM container process on HIGH 40 seconds or less. Anyone with a VM knows it takes no time at all. If you don't have a Dry Container, you can still make a flour in the wet blade container, make sure the lid is on good. Process 2 cups at a time. Put it in a ziploc, and Shake.
