Making Pineapple Chips - They melt in your mouth- Whole Raw Food Goodness

We (Son, Daughter, and myself) have and will be posting our Healthy Snacks on Ebay. Search Vegetarian or Vegan; soon Gift Baskets.  Not everyone has the time to make Healthy Snacks for parties or to always have around the house. Dehydrated foods are excellent as a preserved food, and keeps its freshness and values until eaten or moisture contact. Keep in air tight container in dark dry area and they will be there until needed. Start collecting the goodies as they come out; and WOW your guest with Whole Raw Food Goodness. I try not to think of my cost to make them. I am truly making them to get them eaten so folks will know first hand; how they quickly motivate the body and how tasty they can be :)

Skin the pineapple, don't worry about the skin fibers still on pineapple as the vm will liquify them. Slice Pineapple down the middle lengthwise and again, then cut to add to vm container.

Process on High 90 seconds and release all the nutrition and break down all the fiber to a smooth liquid.

Pour 1 1/2 - 2 cups onto dehydrator sheet and spread evenly, slide into dehydrator; 1 pineapple makes 4-5 sheets. Turn dehydrator down to 125* and dehydrate 9-10 hrs.

Pineapple sheet will be stiff and crisp. Break into pieces (size your choice) and keep in air tight container. Pineapple Chips will collect moisture quickly ( wk or so) so eat up.... add a few pieces to a tea...yummy. These pineapple chips melt in your mouth.
